I want to thank you for initiating me to the wonderful world of Organizational Building Blocks. I can honestly say, when I first saw your display it had me intrigued and I wanted to know more, but I had no idea the benefits they would bring to my training department. I first conducted an exercise with 13 area trainers for my company and afterwards they all wanted their own set. As of now, we have purchased nine sets of blocks to use throughout our company.
I am always on the search for a training exercise that is not too silly, or time consuming but has a transfer of learning built in, and your Organizational Building Block system has been a perfect fit.
